The Samba school played last night at the first festival organised by the Anthony Walker Foundation, the foundation set up to ‘promote racial harmony’ and in memory of the teenager tragically killed in a racist attack in 2005.
The event spanned 2 centres, Greenbank Sports Academy and Sefton Park, Liverpool 17
The band has played on numerous occasions to support the Anthony Walker Foundation, including a very emotional but uplifting performance at Anthony’s funeral, by the family’s request.
Liverpool Samba School is proud to support the Walker family and the work of the foundation.
